Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
This policy covers White Fox Labs Email Testing, a private utility operated by White Fox Labs for controlled testing with dedicated Gmail accounts.
Information accessed
After you authorize an account, the utility can access its Gmail address, message headers, participants, subjects, message bodies, attachments, and thread identifiers. It also requests permission to send test messages and replies. Google issues access and refresh tokens so the utility can connect again without asking you to sign in each time.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide and test email delivery, reply handling, conversation matching, classification, and offering-import features. Tests should use synthetic content and designated test recipients. Authorizing an account does not by itself send a message.
Storage and access
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored outside the source repository on the operator's computer. Test messages and attachments may also be stored in the application's isolated development or test storage. Access is limited to authorized operators and the services needed to perform the tests. Tokens and mailbox contents are not published on this website.
Service providers and sharing
Google provides Gmail and authorization. When test messages enter White Fox Labs workflows, processing may involve configured email, hosting, storage, and AI providers, including Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, and OpenAI. Only information needed for the requested test feature is transferred. We do not sell Gmail data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Authorized operators may inspect test content to develop and troubleshoot these features.
White Fox Labs Email Testing's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are retained while an account remains connected. Test records are retained as needed for testing and troubleshooting and may be removed when the test workspace is reset. You can request removal of locally stored tokens and retained test data by contacting us. Revoking authorization stops future API access but does not automatically delete previously stored records or messages in Gmail or recipient mailboxes.
Your choices
You can revoke this utility's access through your Google Account connections. Do not connect a personal mailbox or put sensitive real-world information into test messages.
